Widget Lab is a platform for creating and operating AI website assistants. Its use may involve account and workspace data, bot configurations, website and knowledge sources, chat histories, lead details, and technical usage data.

When you enter a website URL, Widget Lab processes that URL and the content obtained from it to prepare a knowledge base for your assistant.

Purposes and legal bases

We process this data to provide the service, manage accounts and workspaces, run assistants, answer requests, deliver leads, and operate the service securely. Where required, processing is based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in a secure and functional service, or consent.

Recipients and services used

• Neon Auth may be used for authentication when authentication is enabled.
• Google Gemini may be used to process AI requests.
• Resend may be used to send email.
• When payment links are enabled, external checkout and customer-portal providers process payments.
• Calendar and other integrations are processed only when configured by a workspace.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained only for as long as needed for its purpose, contract performance, or statutory retention obligations. The application provides for deletion of an account together with its associated bots, leads, and histories.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent for the future and may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
