Scope
These terms govern use of Widget Lab.
Service
Widget Lab lets users create, configure, and embed AI website assistants. The available scope is determined by the selected plan and the functions shown in the product.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for the lawfulness of the content, knowledge sources, website URLs, and integrations they provide. The service must not be used unlawfully or abusively.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may develop the service further where this is reasonable for users.
Fees and cancellation
Paid features, prices, payment terms, and cancellation options are shown separately before a paid offer is concluded.
Liability
We are liable as required by applicable law, including for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.
